We will never give your name, email address, or other personal information to any third-party unless we are required to by law regarding an ongoing lawsuit or other civil/criminal investigation.

We will never send customers advertisements the services or products of any other company.

We will never send customers advertisements for our services or products unless the customer has explicitly agreed to receive such material.

We will send notices to customers of new prices/services we offer when the new pricing/service is better than an existing offering or is a new service.

We will send notices of server downtime related to maintenance or other system-related notices to customers when the need arises.

A customer may, at any time, request to not receive any of the above communication by submitting a support trquest and specifying which communications they wish not to receive.
